After nearly a decade working with children, youth, and families, I’ve brought my love of relationships, diligence, and detail into Weddings of the Whitsundays.

I help couples plan destination weddings that genuinely reflect who they are, handling the details so they don’t have to. Working closely with local venues and trusted creatives, built from real relationships across this region, not a directory, I love collaborating to build celebrations that feel personal, considered, and beautifully executed.

Alongside my work in weddings, I’ve spent years facilitating workshops and programs within intimate relationships. I’ve trained with the Gottman Institute, studied Event Management, and led programs focused on connection, clarity, and meaningful choices.

I believe in bringing visions to life. Your wedding should reflect your story, your relationship, and what matters most to you. I’m here to help make that happen.

What an amazing experience!!! From the first interaction I had with Jade I knew we were going to work well together. Jade’s attention to detail and exceptional communication from day one made our wedding day perfection. Jade communicated with all our vendors (she has many connections) and even delivered the wedding cake and my bouquet personally! Nothing is a problem for Jade and I cannot fault her as an event planner. Her calm and warm nature was very calming and had everything under control. We couldn't have planned our Airlie Beach wedding from Singapore without Jade! She took all the stress out of destination planning: The Dream Team: Connected us with a brilliant celebrant, a fantastic photographer, and a HMUA who nailed my look. The Location: Found us the most gorgeous, secluded beach near Airlie for our ceremony. The Details: Sourced a stunning wedding cake and took care of all the little things in between. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free wedding experience!
