We may be known as The Wedding Planners Whitsundays but we cover love in all its stages; from proposals to weddings and elopements to honeymoons.
We also carry our same company mantras throughout all of the services we offer and that is to create a day unique to you, and to ensure your planning process is seamless and stress-free.
Regardless of what type of service you are after, we ensure the highest level of communication to navigate through every step of the way along with the flexibility to make those necessary changes. We aim to pair you with suppliers, venues and other local operators who will best suit your individual needs; we are not a one size fits most business. Plus, you will have constant communication with your personal planner to ensure your vision is carried through all aspects of your day, specifically styling, décor and design.
We have planned hundreds of weddings and ‘events of love’, not one has been the same so we can’t wait to meet you, hear about your ideas and assist with your special proposal, wedding, elopement, honeymoon or event.
Wedding Coordination
Our wedding packages are designed to cover every aspect of your day and include your personal wedding coordinator. From the first phone call to the last goodbye, your wedding planner becomes you’re on the ground support and your main point of contact between you, your venue, and all of your suppliers.
Elopements
For a seamless and effortless elopement, The Wedding Planners offer all inclusive wedding packages including celebrant, beauty, flowers, photography, and transport, with options for accommodation, celebratory dinner and many other luxury choices. Perfect for the two of you or an intimate guest list.
Proposal Planning
Would you like to give your partner the most romantic proposal? Perhaps flying over the Whitsunday islands and landing on the world famous Whitehaven Beach before popping the question?! Whatever you choose, The Whitsundays makes an excellent backdrop for an engagement story you’ll proudly tell and retell for the rest of your life.
